Prizes!

WOW!!!  Look at the prizes that I received from Stampin' Dymonz at The Scrap Shack!  I was one of the daily prize winners in the Tim Times Ten Challenge and I was the winner of Challenge #1 on SD's blog.  I picked up my prizes while cropping all day on Saturday at The Scrap Shack.  It was WELL worth the wait!

I don't usually post the ATC's that I receive but I just had to post this one.   I received it from the ACMoore Forum May ATC Swap.  The theme was pets/animals and you had to add a piece of newspaper.  This ATC was created by April Jackson aka: Hobbyaholic.  It's simply ADORABLE!!!

ABC Scripture Challenge - Hands

I am a bit behind in this challenge, but I'm pressing on!  When I saw that the title for the letter H was Hands, I immediately thought of the song "He's Got The Whole World In His Hands" so I did a Google search and found this awesome picture.  I used the Cricut to cut out the world and placed it in the hands.  A wonderful depiction of just how big and awesome our God is!  And He cares about little ol' me (and you) - AMAZING!!!

Mother's Day Makeover Crop

On Saturday, May 1st, I went to a Mother's Day Makeover Crop at the Scrap Shack.  This is the group photo after all of the makeovers.  We had a blast!  One day, when it's finished, I'll post pictures of my finished album from this fun-filled event.

SD Challenge #2

In one of her Copic posts, Stampin' Dymonz said that "practice makes perfect" when using Copic markers.  Well, I sure did do alot of 'practicing' with this digital image.  I'm embarrased to say that this was my tenth attempt at keeping the color inside the lines and if you look closely you will see that I still messed up.  I agree with SD and  will continue practicing with Copic markers so one day I'll get the hang of it!

Matchbox Swap

These are for the first swap that I've participated in at the Stampin' Dymonz Scrap Shack.  This was my very first attempt at making matchboxes.  The boxes themselves were made by using the Tags, Bags, Boxes and More Cricut Cartridge.  I enjoyed making and decorating them.  I do hope that my swap partner likes them and the goodies inside.  She said that her favorite color is blue, so I put blue embellishments inside each box.
